Commissions
At Navarino, we know how essential your commission payments are. We require all our hotel partners to pay commission to certified travel agents (IATA, CLIA, TRUE etc.), on valid reservations made on public rates, flagged as commissionable in our distribution network, such as GDS & DHISCO. We encourage our partners to pay via TACS or ONYX commission settlement platforms, although some will continue to pay directly on receipt of invoice, and other may choose alternative automated solutions. Should you have any problems with outstanding commission claims please do reach out to our dedicated team and we will be happy to assist.
Agency Rates
As we believe in a partnership approach, we avoid ‘mandating’ anything to our hotel partners, instead, preferring to ensure they receive the bespoke, tailored approach that is the right fit for their hotel. With that in mind, there are no fixed agency discounts or industry rates across the portfolio. However, we strongly encourage all hotels to consider agency requests, so if you are looking for a personal break at one of our beautiful partner properties, let us know your preferred location and dates and we will be happy to reach out on your behalf.
