Important Control Centre system upgrade Saturday 9th May 7am – 10am BST
Dear Navarino Customer,
This weekend we will be performing a system upgrade of the Navarino Distribution Management System. In order to perform the upgrade, it will be necessary for us to take the system offline for a brief period. In order to minimise the impact this will have on your business; this outage will occur on:
Saturday 9th May between 0700 and 1000 BST (0800-1100 CEST)
During this time, booking engine, GDS, IDS and Channel Connect bookings will be affected. Any visitors to your booking engine page will be instructed to call the hotel directly for reservations, and any GDS and IDS bookings received during this outage will be processed once the system is back on-line. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- Booking Engine – visitors to that page will be instructed to call the hotel directly
- Voice Agent – agents will not be able to process reservations during the downtime
- Channel Connect – will not be able to process reservations or OTA availability, rate or inventory updates during the downtime
- GDS – will not be able to process reservations during the downtime

Une importante mise à jour du système Navarino Distribution Management System sera effectuée ce weekend: samedi 9 mai entre 08h00 et 11h00 CEST.
Durant cette période, le système Navarino sera mis hors-service et ne sera donc pas accessible. Toutes les personnes souhaitant procéder à une réservation à travers votre site seront invitées à prendre directement contact avec vous par téléphone ou par email. Les réservations effectuées à travers les GDS, IDS et autres canaux de distributions vous seront transmises au redémarrage du système. Nous vous remercions par avance pour votre compréhension et votre patience.
- SynXis Booking Engine – Les clients seront invités à contacter l’hôtel directement
- SynXis Voice Agent – Les agents n’auront pas accès à la plateforme NGVA Voice Agent durant la coupure de service
- Channel Connect – Les réservations ne seront pas traitées et les mises à jour des restrictions, tarifs et inventaires ne seront pas envoyés aux OTA durant cette interruption
- GDS – Ne seront pas en mesure de procéder aux réservations durant la coupure de service

Durante questo periodo non sarà possibile effettuare prenotazioni tramite booking engine, GDS, IDS e Channel Connect. I visitatori del booking engine verranno avvertiti di contattare direttamente l’hotel per prenotazioni. Qualsiasi prenotazione invece ricevuta tramite GDS o IDS sarà caricata una volta che il sistema tornerà online. Vi ringraziamo per la pazienza.

- Voice Agent – non sarà possibile completare prenotazioni durante l’outage
- Channel Connect – non sarà possibile effettuare prenotazioni o aggiornare la disponibilità, le tariffe e l’inventario per le OTA durante questo periodo
- GDS – non sarà possibile effettuare prenotazioni durante questo periodo
